Following her infant-sleep research, Snooze Fest by Jayne Havens sells one-on-one pediatric sleep consulting to parents and families, and the founder reported $60K a month in May 2022.
What it sells and how it charges
The official services page, checked 2026-10-01, lists a Two-Week Sleep Consultation at $750 USD. The package includes a customized sleep plan for a child’s specific needs and circumstances, two weeks of text-message support, unlimited email support, and two phone consultations. The same page lists a 30-minute ask-me-anything call at $145 USD and an online course.
How it started
According to the Starter Story founder interview dated May 28, 2022, Havens left a catering and event-planning sales career in Washington, D.C. when her son was born in 2012 to stay home and began researching infant sleep. She launched Snooze Fest in 2018 after taking an online certification course to become certified as a pediatric sleep consultant.
The same interview reports that her only initial offer was a two-week package priced at $425; in the first month, she supported five paying clients and earned about $2,000.
She raised prices after three months. By the end of year one, she said she served 20-25 families a month and earned $8,000-$12,000 monthly. She later added fixed kickoff and wrap-up calls.
Havens also created the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management, her own pediatric sleep consultant certification course, after identifying what she described as a gap in mentorship and support in existing programs.
The numbers
- Revenue: $60K a month, founder-reported for May 2022 in a Starter Story founder interview dated May 28, 2022. It is a historical figure, not a current or platform-verified revenue claim.
- One-person basis: In the same May 28, 2022 interview, Havens said, “I am still very much a one-woman show!” The one-person classification rests on that founder statement rather than a separately verified staffing count.
- Start-up cost: The cited public sources do not state Snooze Fest’s start-up cost.
What stands out
- Snooze Fest’s public offer has several formats: a structured consultation, a separate ask-me-anything call, and an online course.
- The consultation pairs a child-specific sleep plan with text, email, and phone support.
- The offer changed over time: the founder raised prices early on and later added fixed kickoff and wrap-up calls.
- In the May 2022 founder interview, Havens described the business as a one-woman show and also described creating a separate pediatric sleep consultant certification course.
